John Soda

John has been a real estate investor for over 30 years and a licensed REALTOR for 17.

John & his family moved to North Cape May full-time 16 years ago after having a summer home in the Villas.

John is a graduate of LaSalle University and a retired railroad engineer from SEPTA.

John enjoys traveling with his family and quiet days on the beach.

What John most enjoys about being a REALTOR is helping people through the journey of buying or selling a property. John understands that buying or selling a home is a major decision in people’s lives. He strives to keep everyone informed during the process.
