Christopher Minner

The word “home” conjures up a different image for each person. It can simply be a place to store your stuff and collect your bills, or it could be a wonder-filled space where memories are made with friends and family. What does “home” mean to you?

My name is Christopher Minner and I have been a Realtor for over 19 years. I have a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA. I have worked in and out of corporate environments and I have found that for me, as someone who takes the lead in whatever I do and refuses to take no for an answer, Real Estate is a perfect fit. I enjoy working with people to help them realize their dreams of a better home. I believe that business is important, but people come first. What that means is that when it is time to buy or sell your home no one approach fits all. I think listening to the needs and wants of my clients and determining how to get there together – is one of my keys to a successful outcome. It’s difficult to find the right property – the one that you will ultimately call home – when your wants and needs aren’t considered throughout the process, I have two ears and one mouth and I use them proportionally. Finding solutions is a passion of mine. Finding solutions to help you attain your goal of selling a property or buying your dream home is at the heart of all that I do.

Two years ago, I started teaching pre-licensing for Real Estate. I teach at both the state and national level. I have found that this keeps me sharp and better able to provide a higher level of service to my clients.

I have been married for over 30 years to the love of my life Ann. We’ve been blessed with two children, Em and Alex. We also have two dogs, Cooper, and Enzo. We love to travel internationally and to the Jersey Shore. I love to cook and bake. Good food is the essence of life… welcoming family and friends into your home to enjoy that good food IS life!
